We hired Home Instead for my 95 year old father while he was recovering from a fall. The Home Instead representative/nurse, Nicole was very professional and efficient, and she communicated with our family in a warm and caring manner. Additionally, we had a fantastic experience because of the skill of our caregiver, Teresa. She consistently had a positive attitude and a cheery disposition while helping my father. My wife has worked exactly a year for the company. After we had some scheduling conflicts, we came up and were able to work out it out. Working for home instead I’ve learned a lot that I can use in this world and having client that allow me to get to know them and things they would like to do. The office people I work for are perfect if you need anything they are always right there. You having trouble with anything you call them they are able to help quick. We are really pleased with our Mom's care by the morning aide Jamie. She takes care of Mom and gets things done around the house. Even reads to Mom. Also the evening aide takes really good care of Mom and makes sure she is taken care of and put to bed! We are really pleased with the treatment Mom is getting.
