Home Instead has been amazing to work with. Our parents had the wish to retire in Maine, away from family, but a place they loved. In 2019 our mom, with advanced Parkinson’s, started needing some in-home assistance and after reaching out to several groups, our in person meeting with Cheryl and Kathy convinced us that Home Instead was our best option. Our family was so grateful to have caregivers from Home Instead provide in-home care for my mother. They were friendly, efficient, and willing to really listen to Mom's needs. I am so grateful for all of the staff at Home Instead: Stacy, Amara, and the caregivers, especially Kristin. We received service way above and beyond. They took care of my mom and made sure that she is safe. What a great help! I fully recommend Home Instead on Deer Isle.
