My family and I are very pleased with the care our mom has received through Home Instead! From the first time we contacted the company, the staff has been amazing! They are professional, accommodating and always respond to calls/emails quickly. Our mom was very resistant to having help in her home and, knowing that, they were able to assign her an aide who is a good match for her! She takes our mom places that interest her and keeps her engaged which is our main goal!
