After a severe medical episode, a family member was sent home from the hospital with only a few days notice. Feeling overwhelmed as they were totally bed bound, Home Instead services were given to our family. What a blessing that was and they offered a positive and supportive experience. The staff was patient, compassionate and understanding to our circumstances. My family has been working with Home Instead for the past 4 years and they have been very supportive and amazing to help keep our 86 year old mother, with dementia, at home. We have worked with several care givers, from Home Instead and most of them are kind, patient and form part of our family.
