The office staff are very responsive and keep me informed of staff changes. My mother has been receiving care through Home Instead for about 3 years. She initially had very consistent care with the same two care professionals. Recently, I have noticed more staff turnover, which means a bit less continuity and consistency in care. Home Instead strives to make good client - caregiver connections. We really appreciate the entire team's efforts. Our mom has dementia and lives in a care facility.
