My training at Home Instead was very informative and well-structured. I learned how to properly use the lifting belt and lifting machines, which really improved my confidence and understanding of safe handling techniques. The trainers were clear, patient, and supportive throughout the session, making it easy to follow and ask questions. I feel more prepared and equipped to perform my duties safely and effectively. Overall, it was a very valuable and practical training experience.
