We needed to have someone to sit with my mom during the day so we called one home care company and the individual never showed up. That company just made excuses and no one was ever sent out to sit with mom. We then called Home Instead in Saxton and they were very friendly and are so easy to work with. Ann the individual that they sent to sit with my mom is so great with her. We are very pleased with Home Instead and Ann.
With my mother being admitted to the hospital after having the home care team already scheduled Erin and her team have been more than accommodating and patient. I can't say enough kind words for Erin as she has went above and beyond for me and my family.
As my father aged, he needed assistance to stay in his home. He just wasn’t able to do the daily activities. The activities that we all take for granted. A phone call was made to Home Instead asking for help in his home. From the receptionist to the office manger to the homegivers, they are fantastic beside us to help in every way keeping Dad home! Truly helping angels!
