With 3 elderly relatives, all with different and evolving needs, I have used Home Instead in Toronto and Markham and have had excellent experiences. This was my first experience with the North York franchise and it was equally positive and involved a very swift and professional response from them. Just an excellent group to deal with. They were very flexible and understanding when my wife's surgery was postponed. The PSW who helped us was outstanding. We needed extra help and they went above and beyond. I would certainly use rheir services again and would highly recommend Home Instead

Home Instead has served my parents with dignity, care and personal support for many years. In difficult times, the communication was immediate in order to provide the best responses. The support workers who helped us became like family and we trusted and relied on them just like family. Many thanks to the individuals who we grew to respect and like for their commitment as well as the quality of their support. Thank you too to the supportive administration!

Kelvin and his team have been VERY Helpful and Professional. In these hard times with my 90 year old Mother, Kelvin has truly been amazing!! Trustworthy too, which is hard to come across these days. I don't normally do reviews, but had too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
