Before my mom was released from hospital after a hip surgery, I connected with Shirley Wu, General Manager, to set up the care team for my mom. Shirley is caring, resourceful and attentive. She follows up constantly to see if there is any change in mom's needs. My mom's very happy with her caregiver, Celest. Celest is happy and easy going and look beyond mom's need. We would highly recommend their service.

We have been using Home Instead for years now and as our parents needs have changed our amazing caregivers have adapted accordingly. Diane currently does the shopping, light cleaning and some cooking and is wonderful company doing puzzles etc. Chizuru does some cooking and light cleaning and is also wonderful company for our parents.
