Before my mom was released from hospital after a hip surgery, I connected with Shirley Wu, General Manager, to set up the care team for my mom. Shirley is caring, resourceful and attentive. She follows up constantly to see if there is any change in mom's needs. My mom's very happy with her caregiver, Celest. Celest is happy and easy going and look beyond mom's need. We would highly recommend their service.
