This company is the worst I have ever worked for. The office workers are horrible. The only positive is the person I help care for is like family to me. I love caring for others.
I used Home Instead for my mother after she fell and broke her arm, and before I could get her in a Nursing Home. Kristi Kent got me immediate service. My mother was evaluated the same eventing and services started the next day which was awesome! The caregivers were great. Very appreciative of them all for the quick care and short term service that we needed.
