Claudette P has been working with our mother as a PSW for the past 6 months. She has displayed nothing but care and concern for Mom infusing humour and light heartedness at the appropriate times. At times, Mom can be somewhat difficult and unco-operative however Claudette manages to put her in a better mood. She makes Mom feel very special and diligently attends to her needs.
