We reached out to Home Instead when my Grandmother had an unfortunate fall and required a bit of support of home, outside of what we could provide. I was happy to get in touch with Lindsey who immediately started the process for us. We had someone connected to us right away who my Grandmother enjoyed and over the following months she got a regular support, Gerri Lee, to come in and help us every week. Lindsey and her team continue to go above and beyond. I asked her if they would be able to pick up and deliver dinner to my mom and dad for my dad’s birthday. She said no problem. They luv getting perch from Port Dover- but they have no way to get it to them in Brantford. Not only did she personally deliver the fish dinner, she also included some birthday balloons and cupcakes. My parents were just so happy to have their favorite dinner! Thank you! Our Dad suddenly required 24 hour care/supervision. We were referred to Home Instead who responded immediately. His care was divided into two, 12 hour shifts for three days and the caretakers provided were excellent. Their prompt response and care gave our family a great sense of relief knowing he was safe and secure.
