I have to start by saying the Wadsworth office is Completely dysfunctional. They treat their clients and their employees horribly. I have never seen anything like it. They say they care about their clients, but they are only interested in taking their money. They will send you people that will play on their phone the entire shift as well as rob the clients blind, Literally. I worked for this company for one year and that is all I could take.
