After a bit of trial and error searching for in-home care for my 87 year old Father In-Law, we found Home Instead. From the initial consultation to scheduling and the quality of their staff, we have been very impressed with Home Instead’s level of professionalism and engagement. We have the utmost faith and confidence that things are properly being taken care of. Our Care Givers have developed an excellent rapport with my Father In-Law as well. And, our evening Care- Giver has become a part of the family!
We have been using this Home Instead office for months for my aging 90 year old father. My previous experences were for my mother who lives north of Cincinnati and we had a miseralbe time finding reliable assistance. This Race Road office in the west side of Cincinnati has never disapointed. All of the aides have been dependable, respectful and caring.
