Great people! They've been good to match personal needs with caregivers that have appropriate skills. They also are wonderful to communicate when there has to be a change and they can always be reached. Couldn't ask for anything better!

My father-in-law hired Home Instead to care for my mother-in-law with end stage dementia. She is petite, weighing about 90 pounds, and is bed bound. She requires full assistance with drinking, feeding, cleaning, and turning to prevent skin breakdown. First employee came out staying only three hours, when they're scheduled four. She took an hour to change a soiled brief, then and hour and a half to feed my mother-in-law lunch. Second employee came out and did slightly better.
