I would like to thank my mom's caregiver Lisa for all she does. She is wonderful with her! She goes above and beyond to help her with all her needs including her physical therapy, meals, bathing, and companionship. My mother looks forward to their visits each day. You have made a big difference for our entire family with the transition of having her in our home.

I'm very blest to have an aide like Rebecca. She is thoughtful, kind and gentle with all the care she provides. Rebecca is very proactive and doesn't need to be told what to do next. Thanks to the staff at Home Instead Andover. They listened to our needs and matched my wife with Emily. We couldn't be happier with Emily. She is kind, attentive and truly a caregiver. My wife looks forward to doing activities and spending time with Emily. We're very pleased to have her help.

My caregiver is fantastic. She is always willing to do whatever tasks i ask and is always cheerful and helpful. She is a whiz at cleaning and we look forward to her coming to help every week she knows where just about everything belongs in our home so it is easy to have her here to help. She often gets jobs done before i even ask. She is always pleasant and respectful. She is a gem!

I am so happy that we found Home Instead. Our mother is in memory care but we have worked with Home Instead to have additional help 3 days a week to work one on one with her. Jody is an integral part of her overall care team. She helps mom with daily activities and is a wonderful companion and caregiver! My mom lights up when she talks about her and she looks forward to seeing her every week! Jody truly cares about our mother and is so kind, gentle, and patient with her. I highly recommend Home Instead!
