The staff at Home Instead has been extraordinarily helpful to my family and me in trying to arrange in-home services for a family friend. While Home Instead does not provide the type of services we needed, Ruth, an RN there, went out of her way to leave several phone messages and follow up with a well-researched email with additional resources for us to use in our search. My father was having some health issues due to what was diagnosed as Lewy Body Dementia. My mother needed more help to care for him and nighttime help as well. We interviewed several options and went with Home Instead. Katie Hedlund showed up at our home and was very professional and respectful. She had my dad laughing in about five minutes.
