The staff at Home Instead has been extraordinarily helpful to my family and me in trying to arrange in-home services for a family friend. While Home Instead does not provide the type of services we needed, Ruth, an RN there, went out of her way to leave several phone messages and follow up with a well-researched email with additional resources for us to use in our search.
