Hired Marcus to do a home inspection on our new build. I can’t say enough about his work. When you hire Home Inspection Unlimited, you get upfront, honest and very detailed work. I highly recommend using him for any inspections you need!
Marcus did an excellent job for us today. We arrived at 10:30 for an 11a inspection. What we didnt know was that Marcus had been there for hours working. So when 11 hit he wrapped up, walked us through his report and waited patiently to leave until our contractors had finished looking over a few projects. Would recommend to all!
Marcus was extremely thorough with the inspection. He walked us through the entire house giving his advice on everything. He didn’t miss anything. With his experience, he pointed some things out I hadn’t notice and never would have noticed until after the sale. Quick and reliable. If I need another inspection, I’ll go to the man I can trust.
