Cynthia was a referral from another agent in my office. I didn't know what to expect as I already have my preferred inspectors that I call on for everything. Cynthia was kind, professional, on-time, and took her time to explain every detail to my buyer client. She answered questions and shared details she thought would be beneficial to my first time home buyer client. To top it off, she baked me and my client chocolate chip cookies! She was wonderful and I'll be using her services again!
My family had our home inspected recently for a sale. We greeted her as we left. She was very polite. But, the information she gathered for her clients was false/not all correct. She also brought food into our home and used our home as a cafeteria. We did not appreciate at all. I would not recommend this company to provide any family trying to buy a home, a quality/truthful inspection. The main issue is she deemed our roof to be at the end of its life.
