I had my seamless gutters put in a while back and I love them. I saw a problem when we get heavy rains because of my steep roof in an area on my patio; it drops down to a second level the water wasn’t going straight into the gutter. The company sent over to two young man to looked at it and came up with a solution by caulking and putting a short diverter and opening the drain part of the gutter into the lower section that goes into the other gutter. Don't waste your time with this company or the owner. We called to have a quote done on rain gutters. Upon talking to him we let him know we are getting prices aka a quote and he stopped the process and said "I need a yes or no for me to continue". So I told him to have a nice day then. He continued to try and argue you with me the whole time he was walking to his car. All over the fact I was getting a quote and wasn't committing to his company. His website says free quote. Home Innovations’ crew just installed my gutters on the house. They look great! They well accommodated my request to adjust gutters to height of rain water barrel. DJ was very responsive to my questions and concerns. Now just waiting on the rain to see how they will work
Mr. Mills was very pleasant to deal with. I appreciate his friendly customer service and timely availability to perform the gutter install. Highly recommend!!
