I was visiting Kauai for Christmas staying in Princeville I forgot a piece to my CPAP machine I needed it desperately and I called a couple of medical supplies places in Lihue I was told to bring the hose in so they could check to see if they had the part. They did not but if I really need it I could replace the whole mask for $220.00 and hope it worked with my machine. I recently arrived for a visit on Kauai and quickly realized I failed to pack a key piece of my CPAP mask. I called and spoke to Janice, who was so friendly and confirmed they had my mask in stock and told me to come in any time during open hours. I was able to stop in that day, purchase a mask, and be on my way. I told Janice she probably saved my life (and my marriage!) that day!

Somehow I got separated from my CPAP machine at JFK and didn’t realize it till I was 5,000 miles away from home. Fortunately, Janice from Hawaii Home Infusion came to the rescue. She was totally understanding and helpful. She quickly arranged a rental CPAP and other necessary equipment for me. I was able to avoid what would have been many miserable nights trying to sleep and thus able to enjoy our vacation. Great customer service and empathy! Thanks Janice!

They had what we needed to help accommodate some health issues while visiting the island. The wheelchair was clean and ready as soon as we came in. They've got stairs leading in and out, but an associate helped carry the chair out, so it wasn't an issue, though it may be for others.
