I hired Donald McKenna to build a deck for an above ground pool. He guaranteed he had 36 years of building experience and everything he needed to build the nice deck. After the deck was built I found out he had not village permit and license for the job. Village ordered to tear the deck down due to the code violation. As well as many other violations.
