Home Improvements by Tim Allard is the only company I want to work on my mobile home from the first job they did for me. I highly recommend them. They replaced my siding, skirting, windows and installed an air conditioner. I was very impressed with Tom and Scott and the crew. They are knowledgeable, very skilled and care about the work they do. I used this company to install a permanent foundation on my manufactured home. I had issues with the county as far as holds ups regarding permits. Donna went above and beyond with helping me and dealing with the county to get everything resolved. As soon as permits were approved they got the work done quick. They re leveled the home perfect. Awesome company for sure. Highly recommend
