This company was sent out by our home warranty company. They submitted a bid to the home warranty company which approved the bid. I have left 5 voice mails over 5 days and called the home warranty company for help in contacting them but they will not return my call to make an appointment for service. Unbelievable!
DO NOT USE. They were assigned to our dispatch ticket from our home warranty insurance, otherwise I would never have used them. Very rude, did not complete any service, we are still out the fee for the visit.
Company was not responsive to numerous calls, replaced my toilet with an inferior product and made a huge mess in my bathroom before leaving without cleaning after themselves. Would avoid working with these people. You get what you pay for.
I love HIS. Zuma and Hasan are the best! The whole company is impressive. We send emergencies to HIS constantly and they always come thru!! Great job team!! Roberto Alonzo, Scott Properties Group, Construction Supervisor.
