We had a slow leak under the floor that apparently had been going on much longer than we realized. By the time it was opened up, some of the wood underneath was already damaged. This renovation contractor handled the repairs and the necessary plumbing services before rebuilding the floor properly. It's been several months now and everything still feels solid and dry.
