Darryl and Alexis are very fast to respond to questions. Darryl and the team were punctual and friendly and explained thoroughly issues that arose. They were also able to address a more longer term issue that was not initially brought to their attention.
It's been a few months since Darryl and his team finished our project. Typically it takes about that long to find things that didn't go quite as planned or don't hold up to use. I'm happy to report that everything has remained intact and looks as beautiful as the day it was finished. What we like about HIP is that Darryl listens.
