WORST CONTRACTOR EVER!! I wouldn't hire Biaggio or his crew to paint a fence. Completely unprofessional from beginning to end. First red flag, they asked for half the payment upfront. Its been over a year since I hired them for a home improvement project and they completely abandoned the project. If I could give them negative stars, I would because that is what they deserve.
Home Improvement Design center installed vinyl wood flooring throughout my entire home. They did a phenomenal job making sure they paid attention to the small details. Additionally, they worked really well around my schedule and had the flooring installed promptly. Thank you Home Improvement for your hard work!
I was a subcontractor doing painting for them..they added 2000$ worth of work for which I was never paid.. Biagio and his helper trashed every wall I painted with dings and dirty fingerprints.. completely unprofessional ..don't hire them..and definitely never work for them
