I witnessed the women that work the front making fun of a man’s Asian accent. Not only to do it in front of other customers but the man hadn’t even left yet. I was utterly shocked. I don’t think that’s how you get more customers into your business. I hope they can understand the importance of inclusion. Racism is never okay under any circumstance.
I ordered sliding windows, one came, got it, put it in and it almost fell apart. I had to lift up on it to slide it open/closed and they claimed they couldn't get any more. I got stalled on my remodel so long the city had it torn down and hauled off. All that money I wasted on lumber and other materials lost because of politics.
