The entire process starting from consultation/architectural drawings/costing/building and after “sales” service was the opposite of the stressful experience we anticipated our first home renovation to be. We’ve had a mostly positive experience with Home Impact. We recently finished our extensive renovations and are very happy with the result. Home Impact get five stars due to our site foreman, Wayne, who was fantastic to work with. We found in him someone who genuinely cared about quality of work, wanted the best outcomes for us, a partner in the process, communicating, listening and working with us to achieve an outstanding outcome and realise our renovation dream.
