I had a great experience with Home Heroes. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner. The guys were quick, kind and informative. Their prices were great and I felt at ease throughout the whole process I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC or plumbing. Best in Noblesville hands down! They definitely have a customer for life!!
Home Heroes was amazing from start to finish! The office staff was friendly and easy to schedule with, and the technician showed up on time and explained everything in a way I actually understood. He fixed the issue quickly and left everything clean. It’s hard to find honest companies nowadays, but I truly felt taken care of. Highly recommend!
Home Heroes rocks!! My water heater was leaking, they were able to get me on the schedule that day! They came out and let me know what all my options were. I felt very informed and involved in the whole process. They were able to do work same day and I had hot water before they left!! I would recommend to anyone needing plumbing in and around Noblesville, they are the best!!!
Our furnace went out and Home Heroes came out quickly. The technician was polite, explained our options clearly, and had us up and running the same day. Pricing was fair and there were no surprises. I will definitely be calling them again for any heating or cooling issues.
I do not recommend HomeHeros at all. I signed up for their maintance plan for $11.99 a month. They sent 2 technicians out. One to service the HVAC, and the other to service the water heater. They spent more time trying to find problems in other areas of my home then actually servicing my system. Then they go out and sit in their vehicles for an hour until their boss calls you, and gets approval for these so called needed repairs.
