Bryan was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had to replace our water softener and I forgot he was even there! Would highly recommend Home Heroes as they’ve always been easy to work with.
I owe a huge shout out to Sam for his amazing service a few weeks back. He came out and wrestled the ole beast of furnace in the basement. Sam was very efficient in resolving the issue and explaining the repairs to me. He stayed 15 mins after the repair to ensure I would have heat and it would continue to work effectively. He was very pleasant and professional and definitely put my mind at ease. I still have heat Sam!

Home Heroes has been excellent to work with. They were prompt to get me scheduled for service review and accommodating for scheduling change requests I had. Cody was thorough and detailed with his recommendations based on the two plumbing jobs I needed to get done and explained options really well. They worked with me on pricing and quickly got me scheduled for install. So far my experience has been great.
I am so glad I found this company on my Internet search for plumbers!! I will never use any company & have shared my experiences with my friends. I was treated like family. I am a single woman & I feel often gets taken advantage of because of this. Travis thoroughly explained my options. He spoke to me like an equal. His work was awesome & he cleaned up afterwards so much so that I couldn't even tell he had been there! Ask for Travis, he is the BEST!!!!
