Terrible
My brother-in-law is going through a rough time with his depression and medication changes. All the work is being placed on my sister!! She is ill, too. And my sister has to walk the dog. Someone, somehow, NEEDS to get my my brother-in-law some extra care for a few weeks or more!!!!! Shouldn't Home Helpers get the extra assistance approved???!!!! I would NEVER recommend Home Helpers to anyone!!!!!
Home Helpers took care of our Dad for 2 1/2 years. six days a week and they were an excellent care giver. Anything we would need they would help us with. Several times we needed care outside the normal hours and they were there for us. They would help our mom take care of our Dad and at times show her how to care properly and give her the needed time off. There online billing system made the insurance and billing process easy.
