Home Helpers took care of our Dad for 2 1/2 years. six days a week and they were an excellent care giver. Anything we would need they would help us with. Several times we needed care outside the normal hours and they were there for us. They would help our mom take care of our Dad and at times show her how to care properly and give her the needed time off. There online billing system made the insurance and billing process easy. Home Helpers have an amazing staff from the office to the caregivers. They have taken wonderful care of my mom. It helps ease my mind to know that she is getting one on one attention and able to stay where she is most familiar....at Home. The caregivers eventually become part of the family. Home Helpers was by far the best choice and I feel confident to this day 3 years later.
It's better off turning this buissness into a zoo at least then theyd know how to run the business right. Id go into detail but honestly I don't have the time to even explain everything wrong with this place. Please send your loved ones to another company if you truly love them and hopefully some day more people will be brave leave their honest review of this place.
Do not contact Home Helpers for help. I was working with them for 3 months to see if they could get pre authorization through Blue Cross Blue Shield and they said they would file with them and get back to me. Been 6 months & haven’t heard anything from them, tried calling & leaving messages & they won’t call back. Called Visiting Angles & had an answer in 3 hours. Don’t know about anyone else but I sure don’t want some place taking care of my loved one if they can’t even call you back.
