Brian and his team really stepped up for us! Within HOURS of first contact.... we met, he listened to my concerns, and one of his caregivers called me with a schedule that same evening! Home Helpers’ caregivers cared for my parents for 2 years in their home. We found the caregivers to be caring and hard working and trustworthy. I live 800 miles away from St. Louis, but I visit often and many of the caregivers became friends over the 2 years. I recommend Home Helpers for in home care.
Just started a couple of weeks ago with Home Helpers and right off the bat there was a severe weather episode that easily could have interrupted service to my 103 year old Mom. Home Helpers made sure my Mom’s caregiver got there and sent a wonderful backup caregiver insuring no interruption in Mom’s care. What a relief to know Mom was taken care of when others may have not showed up to care for her.
Laura and John are great. This company has some of the best pay rates and benefits like 401k, PTO, and Tapcheck. This is the best company I have ever worked for.
Home Helpers has been such a blessing for our family. Their in-home caregivers have been with my mother during acute issues and also as long-term support. They have allowed my mom to stay in her home as she ages – avoiding an assisted living facility’s cost and institutional feel. My mom is in her home where she is comfortable and happy.
