Marisa, the manager of Home Healthcare Helpers of Summit, was incredibly helpful. My Mom had knee surgery and had never required a home health aid before. Marisa guided us through the process with professionalism and kindness. The home health care aid was great and my Mom was very comfortable with her and enjoyed having have there. Very grateful to Marisa and her excellent team.

The initial outreach was very smooth, and Marissa had me scheduled very shortly after my first inquiry. Home Helpers of Summit has high-quality staff, and my family member was very happy with the level of care. We had an extenuating circumstance when our first carer unexpectedly had a child. The owner of the agency personally drove a backup caregiver to my house to make sure service continued without interruption. I live out of town and needed care for my Grandmother. Marissa was able to help me out of town same day with a Caregiver. Our Caregiver was amazing and Marissa was so good with us. I recommend for families especially if you are not local.

As a nurse working with Marissa is fantastic! She is so knowledgeable, professional and helpful with all client needs and questions. She is so attentive to the care that is provided to the clients and their families. She is truly amazing at what she does and is phenomenal to work with!!
