First of all Marissa is a huge blessing. She took all the worry and anxiety away from me trying to find the right person for my mom and dad. I first called Home Helpers a few months ago inquiring about care for my parents. Marissa got back to me within minutes and has kept in touch with me since my first phone call. I work as a visiting nurse with Home Helpers in Summit, NJ, and i've had a truly rewarding experience thus far. The team is supportive. Scheduling is flexible, and I appreciated the independence that came with home visits. Our experience with Home Helpers Home Care of Summit has been wonderful from initial contact with Marissa the Care Manager to his CHHA Thalia. We were in need for a replacement Aide while my Dad’s private care aide was away and his needs were explained and they were met as expected.
