Scheduling is flexible, and I appreciated the independence that came with home visits. Our experience with Home Helpers Home Care of Summit has been wonderful from initial contact with Marissa the Care Manager to his CHHA Thalia. We were in need for a replacement Aide while my Dad’s private care aide was away and his needs were explained and they were met as expected. Amazing experience with Marissa at Home Helpers of Summit! My father needed 24x7 companionship while going through some serious health problems and help arrived early the morning after I called looking for help. My father has a lot of behavioral issues and isn’t easy to be around, but Marissa was able to quickly understand my father’s specific needs and found people who could help with him right away and handle his many idiosyncrasies.
