My experience with Home Helpers of Somerset deserves more than 5 stars! Susan (the owner) is very upbeat and takes the time on the first call to get to know your needs so she can line up a good match. In my case she lined me up with someone truly wonderful. Followup was excellent. Periodic calls were routine to make sure everything was going smoothly.
Susan Chiang, the director of Home Helpers, was recommended by our mother's neighbor. Our mom needed care after a fall and rehabilitation. Susan was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about what’s needed during the insurance experience and eager to help. She came to our mother's house on several occasions to check for herself that everything was alright. After my mother had a bad fall resulting in multiple broken bones, a miserable experience at both the hospital and rehab, I was expecting the poor care to continue once she was able to finally go home with the help of an aide.
