They helped me mentally and physically. I wasn't always able to clean my house and keep up with it. And my mental health wasn't the best. Just having someone there and to help like they did. Helped me so much.

These people care NOTHING about the welfare of the elderly. If they did, they would be better at scheduling to make sure the elderly has “Trained” personnel, which they obviously do not do to be there when they’re supposed to be. She had nobody show up 3 times and they were even late one day. When we finally had enough, they sent an invoice for 99/hr. Now we’re fighting like crazy to get that charge reversed. I am a client of Home Helpers and giving them one star on here is more than they deserve. I have been a client for over a year now and I have experienced quite a few things with this company. Starting with the office, the people in the office will lie to you in a heartbeat. If you call with a problem they will just brush it under the table. They are also real good about no call no show with the aides. The aide will pull up in front of your house and clock in a then leave. This is considered as theft of service and the compan... read more
