I totally love home helpers and now after a couple bad companies. Im here to stay with home helpers. I had a great aide through them then she decided she wana work 8 hrs then drive 15 miles to my place for 2 days a week 4 hrs each time she was great. Then next week Jackie walked through my door. She is the greatest, she has a bubbly personality never upset when she is here, comes in knows what I like and does it. Jackie M. Is an excellent caregiver, truly concerned about her patient’s wellbeing and always ready to help. Home Helpers is the best care option we’ve found during my dad’s disability. Helping in crises, checking in on me and my own health, and never dropping a shift when a caregiver has had to unexpectedly call off. They provide a continuity of care that no other company has matched in my experience. We cannot recommend them enough.

I have been more than happy with Elaina these last few months. She arrives on time and always sees that I take my meds. I enjoy her company! The downstairs is cleaned and dishes done. I am going to miss her when we move. All of the aides you have sent where pleasant and professional.

Since I've been disabled, we've used 3 different Home Care providers. The problems we had with ALL of them was untrained staff, no help when staff called off, and communication problems. NOT SO with Home Helpers! They've always had someone fill the shift if others called off. Their staff is competent, courteous, and well trained. Our current aide is Jackie Moyer and she's just a dream. She seems to really care about me and my special needs. I can't recommend her or Home Helpers highly enough. 😃
