I would not recommend this agency. My family needed a caregiver for 2 elderly family members. We went through the Intake process and assessments, we explained everything that was needed of a caregiver. After only 2 days the live in caregiver left. Leaving us to find someone to replace the live in caregiver within hours. The worst part is the bill for over $10000 for only 2 and 1/2 days of service. Which the company is demanding we pay or they will take us to collections... they care more about money than the elderly patients... read more
