Very unprofessional home care business experience. First of all, getting someone to answer the phone is almost unheard of. Secondly, caregivers should be screened for true compassion for elderly patients. Yelling at anyone is highly unacceptable let alone tolerance of it. Do not use these people.
We sought help aides from Home Helpers for both of my elderly in-laws living in a senior living center nearby. The aides that Home Helpers sent to us FAR exceeded our expectations.
