The team here is really lovely and works hard to meet each client's needs. Communication is A+ and makes it easy to coordinate schedule changes, etc as needed. Highly recommend for an extra helping hand when working with a senior loved one.

We learned about Home Helpers at a time when we really needed some help with my Mom. She was 85 at the time, lived at home, but needed some daily assistance. Home Helpers worked with us on exactly what we needed, the hours and we were very fortunate to have the best care for my Mom. I can't say enough good about home helpers and their care givers. They have given me piece of mind caring for my family member. They are caring, compassionate and really care about their clients. The family portal is awesome, as the care givers add notes all day so I can monitor the activities. They have accommodated all my asks.
Home Helpers Home Care of Kankakee & Frankfort have been outstanding to work with. The caregivers have been kind, respectful, and responsible in caring for our parents. The office staff has been helpful in coordinating insurance payment. We can't say enough positive things about the agency and the help our family has received. Highly recommend.
