Andrew has helped my family and I out in emergencies on a couple different occasions... Embarrassingly, helping us fill up on Christmas Eve and a Sunday before a major storm because we ran out of oil for the furnace (I'm a come from away!). He is always helpful, the company communicates well and he has great prices making Payless Fuels my choice for furnace oil. Thanks Andrew and the Payless team. You're life savers. I have a dear friend who is eighty seven years old and he has called all weekend long leaving 7 messages or more and not one was returned. The poor man is almost entirely out of oil even though he is on automatic delivery and he is still has not heard anything from this company. It is now late Sunday evening and he still has not heard from them and he will be out of fuel by noon tomorrow.

Payless Fuel is a wonderful company. They really came threw to help us out. My absent mind forgot to check our oil levels before the holidays and I remembered on boxing day... we were really really low. I called the following Monday and they were booked full for delivery and would try to fit us in. Today in the wee hours of the morning I saw flashing lights pulling in and it was a glorious site, we were pretty chilly huddled under blankets.
