Tyler, Maksym, and Bashid worked hard for two days in high heat to install a new heat pump and furnace for us, supplying window ACs for us to be comfortable inside while they toiled in the heat (100+ degrees!). They were finished in the two days promised, and were meticulous in protecting our interior and cleaning up when finished. Maksym walked us through how to use our new thermostat and download apps to monitor our system remotely. Professional and polite
Thank you! Imagine my sadness when on the hottest day, my HVAC unit has an error code and stops working. Sleeping during the day is hard enough when it's not hot, so I was stressing about upcoming night shift. I called their service number at 6:30 am and they were able to call me back (7:11) and have a service person out by 10. For reference my unit was brand new and I live in north Boyd Acres.
