Neil was very helpful in describing Home Heating and Cooling's ductwork cleaning and sanitizing process and he found that they could come out the very next day. The process was very thorough, and the ductwork should work smoothly for the next 10 years. Jacob arrived right on time the next day to begin the big job of cleaning and sanitizing our ductwork. He protected our home from his equipment. And found and corrected issues with our dryer ductwork that might have caused a fire. He's a pleasure to work with. Thanks.
Derek was well-equipped and completed the job in short order. The price was outrageous, but I feel the job was done well. Home Heating may be my maintenance source ongoing.
We called Home Heating to clean our dryer duct. When they arrived, they found that the duct was not venting to the outside of our house (home barely 3 years old). We discussed ways to correct this, but it involved going into the crawl space and checking the dryer connection to the outside vent. The crawl space is so tight that it would take someone who was very thin to get around the ducts and plumbing, so we waited a couple days until they could send an employee(s) out to do that for us.
