Paulo was kind and thorough with his service and answers to all my questions.
Everytime I have had these guys work on our furnace or air conditioner, they've been great. They are friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and very courteous. I will continue doing business with them.
Paulo was on time and checked everything. He even helped me with another unit that I have that they didn't install.
He was pleasant, and very thorough making sure our heat pump system is ready for winter. He was helpful with programming our thermostat. We appreciated him very much!
