Avoid Home Heat UK at all costs! They prey on vulnerable customers who are in urgent need of repairs, taking advantage of people when they’re stressed and desperate. If you try to cancel, they flat-out refuse to give you your money back. It’s a complete scam – dishonest and exploitative from start to finish. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!

I woke up to a flooded laundry room and thought the worst. Called them first thing, and they calmly walked me through shutting off the main valve until they arrived. Within an hour the plumber was at my door, fixed the broken pipe, and even helped clean up some of the water so it wouldn’t spread. That extra level of care really makes you feel like you’re in good hands.

We had a leak under the kitchen sink that started flooding the cabinet. I called in the morning, and by afternoon someone was here fixing it. He was very calm, worked quickly, and made sure the job was done right before leaving. He even tested the sink a few times to make sure there were no drips. It was such a relief to have it taken care of so quickly.
