Undertook Cooker Hood Core and Installation - because their was something in the wall instead of cutting it out they cut the duct into 2 pieces and put in the core on either side wheras it should of ran straight through the wall this led to rubble from the wall falling into my cooker hood and its messed up the hood its not working as it should beleive its become damaged. Completed several repair works to an old boiler that was completely knackered and were always up front about how short a life span the fix would be. Recommended a boiler replacement and were patient while funds were organised. Intrusive works required to swap the boiler and works inside a small access hatch and done without complaint. Always responsive and reliable to show up. Always fairly priced. Absolutely nobody else I would go to for any issues.

Great service from start to finish, contacted Chris and he came the next day to have a look at the job I needed and provided a quote same day. Went ahead and Cameron arrived promptly to complete the job and gave me great advice for a few questions I had. Couldn’t fault it at all, highly recommend. Also great to find out the other services they offer so will be a returning customer when my boiler is due for a service
BADLY , no stat if I could. Do not ever have involvement with this company they are not to be trusted. Their engineers did not inform the customer what the cost before to start the work . Unfortunately, he just work 5 min , after he left my house I received a invoice to charge £90. I texted him to asking why did not give me the quotation or let me know the cost in prior. He said I assumed you know how much need to pay.....If you are not pay the same day . he will pass to debt collector and will lead to 20% increase. Horrible... read more
