We had a great experience! We had some natural gas odor coming from our furnace and called them for assistance. They were very easy and quick to come out and service. Each employee we interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Clayton serviced our furnace was able to answer all of our questions, identify the source of the problem and fix it. He took his time and explained our options and helped us come to a solution. Would highly recommend.
Had a burning/ gassy smell to our fireplace so I called and got an appointment set up in a relatively timely manner. Staff that came was very kind and professional and they were able to tell quickly that there were no leaks, just that our set up might have been the problem (which was done by previous home-owners). It was a quick job, but not so quick that I felt like an agenda item to be crossed off. Home and Hearth did a wonderful job replacing our gas fireplace! The two man crew was very courteous and answered my many questions. They completely cleaned up after themselves and left us with a great looking fireplace! Would highly recommend!
