Great service by JJEN, he was knowledgeable and provided us with many options that fit our needs/finances. We appreciate that very much! we would recommend them again and will have the come in the future if needed
Nancy and I are very happy with our new gas fireplace! Sara Evert was great to work with, and the installers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Home & Hearth provides wonderful service.
The personal were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to look up what we currently had and size similar for a new insert. Those who installed were very courteous , laying down drop cloths and very careful not to get anything on the carpet nearby. They helped make sure we had the thermostat running before they left. The best part they were able to salvage the tile around the fire place. Only thing better would be if they were able to reinstall it. :)
We had a great experience! We had some natural gas odor coming from our furnace and called them for assistance. They were very easy and quick to come out and service. Each employee we interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Clayton serviced our furnace was able to answer all of our questions, identify the source of the problem and fix it. He took his time and explained our options and helped us come to a solution. Would highly recommend.
Had a burning/ gassy smell to our fireplace so I called and got an appointment set up in a relatively timely manner. Staff that came was very kind and professional and they were able to tell quickly that there were no leaks, just that our set up might have been the problem (which was done by previous home-owners). It was a quick job, but not so quick that I felt like an agenda item to be crossed off.
