Dan took what I had experienced for over a year with tinnitus, and dialed it in to where it was better in days. I don't believe it was a coincidence that he knew exactly where I got my hearing aids from, or that he knew of the after care of their patients. Highly recommend seeing a guy that takes the time to listen and explain what's going on. And adjusts your program accordingly.
I was visiting from the UK and my mother's hearing aid stopped working. I took it in and HHH was so helpful he changed the wax guards and did not charge us anything. Phenomenal service.
Jeff was so very kind to my grandmother. He made her feel welcome and comfortable when she was feeling very scared about going and in general regarding needing hearing aids. He was very pleasant and informative about her options and the products. Loved our experience and my G-mom was at ease when we left. Thank you so much Jeff.
In Feb 2022 I was sent to Home Hearing Helpers in Minooka, recommended by Signia hearing aids, and I'm very happy I did... Jeff Clark provides professsional service, and being a hearing aid wearer himself he was able to relate to my needs, and answer all my questions in an easy to understand manner for seniors.
