I was traveling in the middle of COVID when one of my Widex top-of-the-line hearing aids stopped working with Bluetooth. As it doesn’t work to Only have sound from one ear broadcasting into your head, I was intent on fixing the problem. I recently had an appointment with Roberta to check my hearing and highly recommend her services! She is very conscious of COVID protocols and can see patients in an outdoor space. I didn’t think I had a hearing problem until I was out walking in the woods with a friend and she commented on some birds singing. Roberta is fabulous! She saw me on a day that was not good for her; she had lost power in her home! She worked through a thorough exam and found solutions to my hearing aid issues. She was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend anyone giving her a call! Roberta patiently instructed me to fix my problems while talking to the manufacturer of my hearing aides! I received great service from Home Hearing Help, specifically Roberta Singer. My circumstances were a bit more complex then what I believed to be the normal hearing aid fitting and Roberta was so patient and caring. She went above and beyond. It sounds cliche, but my quality of life has vastly improved thanks to Roberta.
