UPDATE: My grandmother finally received her wraps today which we ordered through a supplier that was actually helpful. And guess what? MEDICARE PAID FOR IT. I urge you as a business to educate yourself on how you can help your customers instead of taking the easy way out by getting an attitude and telling someone that you can’t do something. I needed to rent a wheelchair for an outing with a friend that is has new mobility issues. They were so helpful with an extremely reasonable rate for a nice quality wheelchair and easy pick up and return process. I will definitely keep them in mind for the future.
