JCMH Home Health Products supplies my husband's oxygen. They have always been kind and courteous to us. They are very knowledgeable and are quick to provide everything we need. We truly appreciate them.

Horrible experience, they have no customer service skill and DO NIT communicate with the patient. My wife brought a prescription for a CPAP machine and waited and no call from them or Nothing. The. They wanted her records for the sleep study and 3 weeks later nothing. I went back to pick up her prescription and they wanted to give a photo copy of it. I requested the original and they told me that anywhere I go they'll take a photocopy of a prescription. I told them no that I needed the original back, they got mad.....

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY IF YOU CHANGE MEDICAL SUPPLIERS! They will give your new supplier the complete run around EVERY single time they call Home Health products for past order Information. When the run around didnt work, they then told our new supplier that they never even supplied the VERY IMPORTANT item for my son, in all the years we used them. That was a LIE. Well at first I was told where to find a certain type of shoes. I spent 20+ mins. Looking & trying on shoes. Then the store manager came & asked me did I need help. It was then I was attended . She was extremely helpful. No one else offered, only ignored.
