First time dealing with this company. They are not customer friendly. They don’t help at all and make it almost impossible to get a rollator walker. I’m entitled to one through Medicare and have done everything they´ve asked and still no rollator Walker. I suggest you try someone else.
Why won't these people return my call. Could it be that my insuance coverage isn't good enough? They participate with my plan, but don't seem to care if I get what I need. My insurance company even contacted them and they still blew me off. I'm sure their staff just isn't trained to work with people with disabilities. I needed a wheelchair cushion, they claimed to have one, told my insurance company they had what I needed and would never get back to me. Disgraceful. Don't even bother with them.
