Her name is Erica Wilson. She fitted my friend Anthony (Tony) with a wrist brace. From the first word to the last Erica was both professional and compassionate. She respectfully explained exactly why he needed the one she presented and took her time to explain how it should be used. Tony is 89 and not easily impressed. Erica earned his admiration.
